Welcome to Granada Home Rentals
Granada Home Rentals features several privately owned homes in
the colonial city of Granada, Nicaragua that are leased to responsible persons
throughout the year. These homes are occupied by the owners when they are in
Granada. The homes are carefully maintained and inspected to make sure they
are perfect condition when you arrive. Currently Granada Home Rental has five
homes and ten one bedroom apartments available. Be sure to check the calendar
for each property to obtain exact dates of availability. A description of each
home, with photographs, is available for inspection on this site. Each home
comes with a comprehensive manual that can be downloaded and will provide additional
information, local events and restaurants.
These private homes feature many custom designs and furnishings provided by the owners. Each home is fully equipped with modern appliances, fixtures and appointments for a long weekend or an extended stays. Housekeeping services are included so you don't need to worry about doing the dishes or making the bed. You can also arrange for day trip lunches and evening meals with the housekeeper directly for a small additional charge. She keeps all the proceeds with nothing going to the owners.

This Nuevo colonial home three story home has four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, and an incredible view of the city, volcano Mombacho, and the beautiful churches of Granada. The home has a warm ambiance along with modern amenities such as a flat panel color TV, large view terrace, washer, high speed Internet with free phone calls to US, Canada and Puerto Rico with a small surcharge to the rest of the world, a modern gourmet kitchen with six burner cook top and oven, a stainless steel refrigerator and counter top appliances. A garage space is also available with advance notice. The home is within walking distance to city center, restaurants and the entertainment district. Its quiet neighborhood residential location is also convenient to bus lines and taxi service. Housekeeping and laundry service is included. Meal preparation is also available from the housekeeper. Casa Tranquilla is a beautiful home conveniently located on Calle Nueva a few blocks south of the center of downtown Granada. Situated on over 12,000 square feet this property is a perfect get away from the pressures of city life, but close enough for a nice dinner and a show. Some of the amenities of this home are hot showers, enclosed parking for three vehicles, and swimming pool. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill, modern appliances and wireless Internet.

Prices effective May 2011 but subject to change without notice. If you have booked and paid a non refundable deposit reservation you will receive either the current rate for that class (off season rates or high season rate) or the rate at the time of your booking, whichever is LOWER! For example if you book for December in June and the new December rate is higher you receive the lower June rate. If you have booked a refundable deposit you will be charged the current rate, however your deposit will be refunded should your plans change.
Note: the winter or peak season rates from October 1 - April 15 may be slightly higher. The high season is upon us right now and the owners have not increased he prices however few houses are available at this time. This may change so check this web site before you make your final decision. As of this writing, December 10, 2011 Casa India Bonita, Emma's guest cottage and two apartments in Vista Mombacho are available. The Vista Mombacho apartments are in the final stages of construction and should be ready for occupancy in mid January 2012.
Important note on pricing. Prices do not include the required 15% VAT imposed by the government.
